Our office is on the 10th floor of the Battuta Gate offices in Dubai. ## What we do Most of our work happens before the notary. A person comes to us with a purpose, such as a child's trip, a visiting parent, a change to a company, or a will, and we turn it into a document that the notary can notarise and the receiving office will accept. That means choosing the right kind of document, writing each clause in plain terms, copying every name and number from the IDs themselves, and aligning the English and Arabic line by line. The wording follows what that reader needs. ### You read every draft first You see the full text, in both languages, before the signing, and we revise it until it says what you mean. ### Two prices, shown separately Our service price covers the work on the document. Government fees are paid on top, at cost, exactly as the authority charges them. We prepare the document, and our in-house notary public verifies the signatories and applies the seal. If you only need a certified true copy, that is a copy check, not a drafting job, and our in-house notary public certifies it: see [certified true copies](https://notariolawyersuae.com/certified-true-copy-uae/).
