## Put these in your first message

The more your first message tells us, the fewer questions we need to ask before we look at the document. Send:

**What the document is for,** in one or two lines. For example: "my son is travelling to London with his grandmother in December".

**Who will sign it,** and whether each person is in the UAE or abroad.

**Photos of the IDs** of each person signing: passport or Emirates ID.

**Any document you already have:** a draft, a form from an embassy, a contract from the other side, a custody order.

**Your deadline,** if there is one, such as a flight date or an appointment.

**For a company document,** the trade licence and the MOA, so we can check who is allowed to sign.

**If you are abroad,** your country and city, so we can tell you where you can sign and what attestation follows.

We read your message and tell you which document fits, and where it will be signed.

Step 2

We send you a starting price, with the government fees shown separately. Our prices are on the [fees page](https://notariolawyersuae.com/legal-document-fees-dubai/).

Step 3

When you say yes, the draft comes to you for checking before anything is signed.

Step 4

You sign before our in-house notary public, in person, online or on a home visit. We tell you what to bring.

## Visiting the office

You do not need to visit us to start; most documents are prepared by WhatsApp and email. If you would like to meet, message us first so we can book a time.

## Other services
