We start from what the receiving office needs to see, then write backwards to the document. Each type has its own page with the detail.
Legal drafting
We write the document from your instructions, or review a draft you already have and mark what the notary is likely to question. No blank is left for someone to fill in later.
Contracts and agreements
Sale agreements, settlement agreements, supplementary agreements and addenda, prepared for a notarised signature a bank, landlord or free zone will rely on.
Board resolutions and MOA
We check who may sign for the company, in what capacity and with what authority, before the resolution or MOA change is written.
Legal translation
Notarised instruments in Dubai are in Arabic. The Arabic version must match the original: contracts, court papers, certificates and personal documents.

We prepare documents; we do not represent people in court. Court cases, criminal matters and divorce proceedings need a practising advocate.
Family and travel documents
The letters parents ask us for most
The easy case is two married parents where one flies with the child. Most questions are about the other cases: grandparents, a parent abroad, separated parents, a school trip. The wording matters most there.
Child travel consent or travel POA
A consent letter says a parent agrees to the trip. A travel POA lets another adult act for the child, for example to consent to medical treatment.
NOC for a child visa
When a mother sponsors her child, the father's no objection letter, with both parents' full details.
Affidavit of support
When you sponsor a visiting relative or friend. Also prepared for residents of Abu Dhabi.

The question we are asked most
Is a lawyer a notary?
A
No. In the UAE, a lawyer is not automatically a notary public.
Only public notaries, private notaries and accredited UAE consuls may carry out notarial acts (Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2022, Article 3). In Dubai, a private notary is a lawyer licensed by Dubai Courts to act as a notary, so some notaries are lawyers. Being a lawyer, on its own, does not give anyone the power to notarise a document.
Are all lawyers notaries?
No. A lawyer must also be registered as a notary before they can notarise.
Is a notary a lawyer?
Sometimes. A private notary in Dubai is a lawyer. The government notary public is an official of Dubai Courts.
Who notarises my document?
Always a notary. We prepare the document and book the signing; the notary checks the people and applies the seal.

Do I need a lawyer to get a document notarised in Dubai?
No law says you must use a lawyer to prepare a document before notarisation. You can write your own. The risk is that a poorly written document is refused at the signing, or accepted but not accepted later by the bank, school or authority it was meant for. Professional drafting reduces that risk.
Is the notary fee included in your price?
No. Our price covers drafting, translation coordination and booking. The notary fee is a government fee, paid on top at cost, and we show it to you separately before you pay.
Do you prepare documents in Arabic?
Yes. Documents for a Dubai notary need Arabic, so we prepare bilingual Arabic and English texts where the document calls for it, and a single Arabic text where that is what the office asks for.
I live abroad. Can you still prepare my document?
Yes. We draft and translate the document by email and WhatsApp. How you sign depends on where you are: at a UAE embassy or consulate, or before a notary in your country followed by attestation. People in Abu Dhabi ask us for the same expert legal services: the drafting and translation work is the same, and the notary step follows the rules of the emirate where you sign.
Can the DIFC notarise my document for onshore Dubai?
The DIFC is a separate legal system with its own courts and its own notary service. A document for use in onshore Dubai is not notarised there.
What are legal document services?
The drafting, review, translation and preparation of documents that have legal effect, such as contracts, wills, powers of attorney, affidavits and consent letters. In Dubai they usually end with a signing before a notary public. We handle the steps before that signing and book the signing itself. Our notarization services cover the drafting, the Arabic text and the booking; the notary checks your ID and applies the seal.
