About Notario Lawyers
About Notario Lawyers in one line: we provide legal drafting and notary services in Dubai, and we prepare every document so it is right before anyone signs it. We draft contracts, company resolutions, wills, consent letters, NOCs, affidavits and declarations, prepare the Arabic text, and our in-house notary public notarises them. We have in-house, in person notary public services, online notary public services and home visit notary services. Our office is on the 10th floor of the Battuta Gate offices in Dubai.
What we do
Most of our work happens before the notary. A person comes to us with a purpose, such as a child's trip, a visiting parent, a change to a company, or a will, and we turn it into a document that the notary can notarise and the receiving office will accept. That means choosing the right kind of document, writing each clause in plain terms, copying every name and number from the IDs themselves, and aligning the English and Arabic line by line.
Our services are:
- document drafting and notarization, including contracts and company resolutions;
- legal translation;
- will writing;
- family and travel documents, such as the child travel power of attorney, the NOC for a child visa and the affidavit of support;
- legal consultancy on documents: which document you need, who signs it, and who will accept it.
How we work
The receiving office comes first
Before drafting, we ask who will read the document: a notary, a bank, an embassy, a school, a court. The wording follows what that reader needs.
You read every draft first
You see the full text, in both languages, before the signing, and we revise it until it says what you mean.
Two prices, shown separately
Our service price covers the work on the document. Government fees are paid on top, at cost, exactly as the authority charges them. Our starting prices are on the fees page.
The notary notarises
In the UAE, notarial acts are done by public notaries, private notaries and accredited UAE consuls. We prepare the document, and our in-house notary public verifies the signatories and applies the seal. Our guide on whether a lawyer is a notary public explains why the roles are separate.
We say when you need someone else
If your document is part of a court dispute, you need an advocate first. If you only need a certified true copy, that is a copy check, not a drafting job, and our in-house notary public certifies it: see certified true copies. If a typing centre is enough, we tell you.

The business name is Notario Lawyers, and the full registered name is Notario Lawyers and Legal Consultants FZE. Notario Lawyers is the name we use across this site.
